Why Deloitte

My aspiration for Deloitte dates back to September 15, 2023, during my initial visit to the firm, before the Omaha office was expanded. Going up the elevator and walking through the doors, I remember feeling a mix of curiosity and excitement. It wasn't just a corporate office; it was more. It felt like a place where important work is done and where people truly have pride in their roles.  That visit has left a lasting impression on me; it was my first time at a firm with a global impact. 

What stood out to me that day when I visited the office, and has stayed with me since, is the impact and global scale Deloitte serves—now knowing that the firm serves 90% of the Fortune Global 500 and operates in more than 150 countries. I realized this is a place where I can contribute to projects that matter, not just locally but globally.

But it isn't just the size or reputation that catches my attention; it's the values that Deloitte gives. Deloitte's commitment to continuous learning, integrity, and meaningful client impact resonates deeply with me. I am really inspired and interested in how Deloitte invests in its people and prioritizes professional development. This kind of culture is where I will grow and do my best work. 

Since I visited Deloitte, my goal has always been clear: to become part of a fantastic team and contribute to the kind of high-impact, purpose-driven work that Deloitte is known for.
